  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service ensures that your order will arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery Charges: The cost of delivery will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order as well as the delivery destination.
  • Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, our returns policy is as follows:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
